This allows you to appeal our decisions

We have recently reviewed our appeals process, which provides guidance on how to appeal certain regulator decisions for which there is no statutory right of appeal. The new version of the appeal process takes into account recent changes to the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, which come into force on April 1, 2024. The new appeals process replaces the previous version.
