Al Khoory Atrium Hotel in Al Barsha is relaunching one of the most popular eateries, the Spices Restaurant, with a brand new curated menu dedicated to authentic Indian cuisine. The restaurant offers a range of dishes to whet the appetite, from famous Indian delicacies, including sweet and savory street snacks, to aromatic curries and dum biryanis to create a real sense of India.

The new menu emphasizes the regional diversity of Indian cuisine, with dishes such as Murgh Malai Tikka, Awadhi Murgh Biriyani, Bharwa Khumb and delectable chaat such as Dahi Batata Puri from the north, and a range of spicy mains with rice or rice-based dishes that are representative of the South. All dishes are made according to traditional recipes.

The menu also caters to vegetarian and gluten-free guests and offers a selection of traditional drinks such as lassi, chaas and chai combined with modern classics such as mojitos, shakes and healthy drinks.

In addition to the new menu, the interiors of the restaurant will be vibrantly decorated to create a traditional Indian atmosphere, using warm and bright colors to capture the true essence of India.
