Qatar Tourism is organizing a series of events, entertainment activities, and promotional offers during the blessed month of Ramadan this year. Among the highlights are the “Akla Awal” festival at the Old Doha Port and the Al Wakrah Souq Exhibition held at the Old Al Wakrah Souq, in addition to other Ramadan activities such as lectures and film screenings.
Mr. Abdulaziz Ali Al-Malawi, Head of Tourism Marketing and Promotion Sector at Qatar Tourism, stated that Qatar Tourism is celebrating the holy month of Ramadan this year with a diverse mix of multicultural festivals, events, and hospitality offerings. This is another testament to the diversity provided by these events for the people of Qatar, its visitors, and the unique atmosphere of the holy month.
He pointed out that the fruitful cooperation between the public and private sectors reflects the diversity and prosperity of tourism offerings in the country, always highlighting Qatar’s heritage and culture in both traditional and modern events.
