Deputy Secretary of State Pyatt’s trip to the Republic of Korea

Geoffrey R. Pyatt, Deputy Secretary of the Department of State Bureau of Energy Resources, will travel to Seoul March 16-18 to discuss public-private cooperation between the US and the Republic of Korea (ROK) in advancing the transition clean energy and strengthening global energy security. In Seoul, Secretary of State Pyatt will co-chair the 9th US-ROK Energy Security Dialogue with representatives of the Republic of Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Deputy Secretary of State Pyatt will also participate in a roundtable on clean energy technologies with US and ROK companies and meet with ROK officials to discuss ongoing cooperation on energy security and priorities for the clean energy transition.
