Executive Sous-Chef Patrick Benedetti presents a delicious lineup of more savory treats such as Wagyu Beef Bresaola with Smoked Burrata, Maine Lobster Brioche Roll with Organic Eggs and Black Truffle, as well as a Jumbo Lump Crab and Bottarga Tart, among others.

On the sweet side, diners can look forward to a chocolate discovery with specially handcrafted desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee. With a selection of gourmet Valrhona pralines, the chef’s sweets menu includes the Pistachio Financier with a creamy Opalys 33% white chocolate ganache, a hazelnut brownie made with malty cocoa rich Jivara 40% and passion fruit, as well as a chocolate almond choux with Manjari 64%, made from rare cocoa beans from Madagascar. The Black Forest Cake with aromatic Guanaja 70% Dark Chocolate and the Chocolate and Raspberry Cake are sure to please as well for a lavishly decadent treat.

Not to be missed are Chef’s all-time favorite homemade scones presented with a chocolatey twist featuring Valrhona Caraibe 66% Chocolate and Mint, served with clotted cream, lemon curd and strawberry rose preserves.

And for the ultimate indulgence, afternoon tea goers can choose to add SGD 30 to enjoy 10 ounces of premium Caivar d’Eden Russian Caviar served with buckwheat wafers and sour cream alongside the afternoon tea offerings.
