The African Development Bank Group launches the first edition of Africa’s Macroeconomic Performance and Outlook (MEO) report on January 19, 2023 at the headquarters in Abidjan.
The publication provides policymakers, global investors, researchers and other development partners with an up-to-date evidence-based assessment of the continent’s recent macroeconomic performance and near- to medium-term prospects amid dynamic global economic developments.
The new report, released in the first and third quarters of each year, complements the bank’s industry-leading African Economic Outlook report, which focuses on key emerging issues relevant to Africa’s development.
The following speakers will be present at the launch event:

- Kevin Chika Uramaacting chief economist and vice president, African Development Bank Group
