Qatari Ambassador Congratulates President Sisi: Our Relations with Egypt Witness Remarkable Momentum Across All Levels

Ambassador Tariq Al-Ansari, the Qatari Ambassador to Egypt, extended his congratulations to President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on the occasion of taking the constitutional oath for a new presidential term.

In a statement issued by the Qatari Embassy on Tuesday, Al-Ansari said, “It gives me great pleasure to extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and to the brotherly Egyptian people on the occasion of the President’s constitutional oath for a new presidential term, praying to the Almighty to guide Egypt and its noble people towards further prosperity, progress, and development.”

The Qatari Ambassador added, “On this occasion, I cannot but emphasize the depth and strength of the relations between our two brotherly countries, which are currently witnessing a remarkable momentum across all levels, characterized by constructive cooperation aimed at the primary and fundamental goal of the prosperity and well-being of the peoples of both countries, and the realization of their common interests under the wise and prudent leadership of the two brotherly nations.”

President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi took the constitutional oath before the House of Representatives at its new headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, marking the beginning of a new presidential term lasting 6 years.
