Norway Industry Day: Collaboration with the US Army Corps of Engineers on military construction projects

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) European District is hosting a Norwegian Industry Day in Oslo, Norway on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

PURPOSE:

The USACE Europe District has upcoming military construction projects for the US Air Force (USAF) in the country of Norway. These projects are intended to improve interoperability between U.S. and Norwegian partners.

The purpose of this event is as follows:
A. Provide an overview and general information on upcoming USACE construction projects in Norway.
B. Share information about collaboration with the US Government/USACE.
C. Attend the question and answer session.
D. Provide networking opportunities for contractors, subcontractors and team partners.

REGISTRATION:

Interested parties must send an email to Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. CEST This includes name (first and last name), passport country, company name, daytime phone number, email address and the reason for your participation (e.g. main contractor, subcontractor, team member, etc.). The number of participants is limited three people per company.

Email requests past the due date will not be accepted. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.

B. All briefings will be held in English.
C. The U.S. government will not engage in one-on-one discussions.
D. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation of contracts, a solicitation of proposals of any kind, a promise to award a future contract, or a commitment to tender work of any kind by the U.S. Government. e. The U.S. Government assumes no liability for any costs incurred by participants.
