Seabourn is pleased to introduce the luxury Seabourn Pursuit, the second purpose-built expedition vessel in its fleet. With a launch scheduled for the summer of 2023, Seabourn Pursuit will offer 132 oceanfront verandah suites, providing guests with a comfortable and elevated experience during their journey.

Tihany Design, led by Founder Adam D. Tihany and Managing Partner Alessia Genova, has created lavish interiors for Seabourn Pursuit. The design combines comfort, elegance and robustness with color palettes, materials and textures that reflect Seabourn’s signature luxury. Every detail, including retro-style light switches, showcases Tihany Design’s thoughtfulness and custom design.

The suite accommodations at Seabourn Pursuit consist of 132 individual oceanfront suites, each with a private lanai overlooking the ocean. These suites offer a spacious living room, a choice of queen or twin beds, a walk-in closet, an interactive TV with music and movies, a fully stocked bar and refrigerator, a desk with personalized stationery and a vanity table. The marble guest bathrooms are generously sized and feature a bathtub, separate shower and luxurious beauty products.

A unique feature of the suites is the built-in wardrobe with heated jackets, allowing guests to quickly dry their outdoor gear, including the complimentary PolarShield Parka, or warm their coats on cool mornings before heading out. Additional amenities include a personal safe, plush bathrobes, slippers, and a hair dryer. The bedding is luxurious, with a custom mattress, comfortable cotton linens, a fluffy all-season duvet and a selection of firm or soft pillows. The in-suite bar is regularly stocked with a variety of drinks, including complimentary wines and spirits upon request. Guests can also access their favorite newspapers and magazines through the free PressReader app on their personal devices. SWAROVSKI OPTIK binoculars are provided for guests to appreciate the natural beauty from a distance.

The exclusive custom furniture collection in the suites is developed by Tihany Design and produced by Italian furniture maker Roda, known for its craftsmanship and innovation. The bespoke furnishings feature wood and metal frames, textured fabric and leather, combining luxury with robustness and setting a new standard for expedition cruise design. The suites also include design elements inspired by maritime craftsmanship, such as natural curvilinear arches and parchment-inspired wall panels. Digitally printed wall laminate material mimics wood with intricate detail, while underfloor heating with wood-look tiles adds a touch of warmth. Custom bedside tables feature rocker switches, an analog clock and a flip-up reading lamp. The floor covering shows organic shapes, and premium bedding and accessories provide ultimate relaxation, with specially designed blankets and finely textured bedspreads made from sustainable materials.
