Diplomats in Residence (DIRs) are career officers and foreign service specialists throughout the United States who provide counseling and advice on careers, internships, and scholarships to students and professionals in the communities in which they serve. DIRs are available to answer questions and share insights with those interested in international and public service careers, internships and grants.
